Cloudburst in Rajouri : ਰਾਜੌਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਵੇਰੇ 1:00 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਸਵੇਰੇ 6:00 ਵਜੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਮੋਹਲੇਧਾਰ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਹੋਈ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਆ ਗਏ। ਰਾਤ ਭਰ ਹੋਈ ਇਸ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਆਏ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਨੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਰਾਜੌਰੀ ਨਦੀ ਦੇ ਵਧਦੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਕਾਰਨ ਬੇਲਾ ਕਲੋਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਪੂਰਾ ਖੇਤਰ ਡੁੱਬ ਗਿਆ। ਬੇਲਾ ਬੱਸ ਸਟੈਂਡ ‘ਤੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਕਈ ਵਾਹਨ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਅਚਾਨਕ, ਸ਼ਕਤੀਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਵਾਧੇ ਨਾਲ ਵਹਿ ਗਏ।

An intense spell of rain lashed Rajouri between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM, triggering flash floods in several areas.

ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਚੱਲਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬੇਲਾ ਕਲੋਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਘਰ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਬੇਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦੇ ਆਲੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਸ਼ੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਹਨ। ਦਰਹਾਲੀ ਨਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਆਏ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਨੇ ਰਾਜੌਰੀ ਦੇ ਬੇਲਾ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਬਾਹੀ ਮਚਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਪਾਰਕ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਸ ਸਟੈਂਡ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ ਹੈ। ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।

PM ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ CM ਰੇਖਾ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਮਦਿਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਮੁਬਾਰਕਾਂ, ਕਿਹਾ- ‘ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ ਯਤਨ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾਯੋਗ’

ਥੰਨਾ ਮੰਡੀ ਸਬ-ਡਿਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਚੁਰੁੰਗ, ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਹਿਰੋਟ ਖੇਤਰ ਵੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਬਹਿਰੋਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਕਰੱਸ਼ਰ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਫਸੇ ਹੋਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਹਨ।
